This tea is absolutely wonderful. I do not use any sweetner it has a mild taste. I have only used one tea bag and drank it over the course of one week (which i realize is not a quart a day) however my milk increased after day 2. Now it is week 2 and I am able to nurse my son without supplementing with formula! I wish they sold this in lactation offices so I didn't have to pay for shipping! I work full time and I also travel without my son about once or twice a month and my milk supply had really started to dwindle. This tea seems to have revived it. There is nothing better than seeing my son look up at me with a mouthful of milk and smile as he is nursing. Thank you for this wonderful product!!!!
