Shipping:
Orders paid for online are generally shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on weekends and holidays will ship on the next business day. If we have a large amount of orders, we do reserve the right to take up to 5 business days before shipment. Special or custom orders may take longer to ship. If this is the case, it will be noted on the product information page or we will contact you through email. Special or custom clothing orders ship separately. They will not delay other items in your order.
We ship in the US via USPS Priority Mail. In some cases, we do offer First-Class and Express Shipping as well. If these are available to you, they will be offered during the checkout process. Transit times (actual shipping time) are provided by the carrier (USPS), exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Generally, Priority Mail (USA) will arrive at your address three to five days after shipment. Shipping estimates do not include processing time. Shipments are prepared in the order they are received.
At Favors and Flavors, we make every effort to keep the shipping as low as possible. When you place your order, the shipping is automatically calculated by weight. USPS sets the prices, and they are also responsible for delivery times. For questions regarding shipping or transit times, you will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPSŪ

Favors and Flavors shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery or transit times by USPS. For the most updated information regarding transit of your order, please call USPS directly and provide your tracking number.
For USA orders over $99.00, we offer free shipping.
International Shipping:
If you are outside the USA, please check with your customs before ordering. We will ship the tea to your country, but we cannot refund shipping costs if the item is refused by your customs. At this time, we are unable to ship herbal products to Australia.
Packages Returned:
Please make sure to provide us with an accurate mailing address. If your order is returned to us, we do charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.
Payments:
We accept all forms of payment through PayPal. This includes credit cards. We also accept Google Checkout. You will be offered these options during checkout.
Returns:
Herbal Products - We are only able to accept returns on herbal products that are unopened and sealed. Shipping and handling costs for the order are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or prepaid labels on return shipping fees. Returned items must be received within 30 days of customer receipt. Should you need to make a return, please email order@breastea.com with your order number.
Clothing - We are unable to offer refunds on personalized items. We are also unable to offer refunds on items that have been worn or washed. Shipping and handling costs for the order are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or prepaid labels on return shipping fees.
